That would all depend on what connections are supported through Easyvista. Here are the list of connections that Okta Workflows presently supports: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Workflows/connector-reference/connector-reference.htm
It looks like Easyvista may support Salesforce. It's possible you could use the Salesforce connector to then trigger app assignments in Okta.
