Sometimes we get banners notifications about upcoming releases, etc. From what I gather, all admins see these when they log on to the admin console.
Is there a way to suppress these for specific admin roles? (ie: the Help Desk admins don't need to see these).

Not at this time. They're visible for all Admin Groups.
One of the things that we post on those banners is any system issues we may be facing. This would help those Help Desk admins be informed in the event they receive a call about something Okta related that is tied to a Trust Event we may be having.
