As per mentioned document, I am trying to configure DUO security to my OKTA account for testing. But, not able to see the DUO Security option in Security>Multifactor. Do I need to add any additional configurations to make it visible in my OKTA account

This would be configured using these steps: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/Security_Duo.htm
However, this would depend on if you're provisioned for this feature.

you provided help guide saying about DUO configuration. But I am not able to see DUO security option under Security>Multifactor. Currently I am using trail version of OKTA account.
