If a user is on vacation and does not activate their Okta account in time through their email and I turn on Google SSO they will not be able to get to the email to activate their Okta account to be able to log into their email. What am I missing? Since the activation requires the special link how can I activate this user without access to their email and the link?

Two problems I had trying to use the 2nd email. 1) I can’t find the proper mapping. 2) Not everyone has a value in the second email.
It looks like I will need to get a secondary email from everyone
