OKTA - SAP IAS (SAP Centarlised IDP for SAP Sucecssfactor cloud) Authentication, error while login from OKTA Home page / Console

What will be the issue , is it from OKTA or from IAS

To troubleshoot it from the Okta side, I recommend opening a Support ticket with us so we can view your configuration and gather more details.

Could you please tell us how this got resolved? Meanwhile, I am also facing the same issue where SP-initiated works & IdP-initiated fails.

Please share SP (here we are using IAS -> SF ) to IT Team,
They will update in IDP , so that you can connect both ways…

Hi Aji Hussian,
Requirement is SAPSF <----> SAP IAS <----> OKTA.
So, download the SAP IAS metadata & created an application in OKTA as shown below:
Downloaded the OKTA metadata & created a corporate Identity Provider in IAS as shown below:
Configured a SAPSF application as Service Provider in IAS. And also configured this corporate IdP as the conditional authentication to the SAPSF application.
Then, SP-initiated SSO is working. But IdP-initiated SSO is failing with the below error.
