As per my understanding Gemalto is not supported MFA with OKTA. Please correct me if i am wrong. Also, if my understanding is correct, do we have any roadmap for same or can we achieve via hooks by using custom code?

I think it depends on which specific token you are planning to use, and what factor type it uses.
