Good day, I changed our organization MFA to SMS authentication and I tried logging in but found out it only works for US and Canada numbers, and now I'm stuck and can't login. Please how can I change the authentication and access my admin dashboard?

It looks like there is another Admin in your org. If they're able to login, then they will be able to change the security settings and disable SMS Authentication. If all admins are not able to login, then please contact support@okta.com and request them to reset your account.
