When setting up the OKTA MultiFactor Authentication using Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, the Push won't go through and if we manually input the code from the OKTA Verify App, it says that it's not matching. Also, there is no option to Trust the app on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+'s Settings. We checked and the OKTA Verify app is on an updated version and device is running on Android 10. Any advise?

It's likely you need to reset Okta Verify, as it appears your token is no longer valid.

Thanks for the response.
We've done this, however, the same issue persists. We reset the OKTA Verify app and uninstall/reinstall the app on the mobile device-- same issue.
