How to enable email verifications

Hello,

 

I read a post recommending alternate verification methods for those instances where you may not have a smart phone or, in my case, when I may temporarily not have my work cell on me. I searched the app and the Okta website through settings and preferences but did not see an option to enable email verification, how do I do this?

    If you don't see Email Authentication listed on the left-hand side when you go to Security/Multifactor from within the Okta Admin Panel, then it's likely that you don't have the Email Authentication entitlement and you will need to contact your CSM or Sales Executive to get further information. If you see it there, but are having trouble activating/configuring, let us know.
