Log of device details used for Login to Okta

I would like to understand how to obtain the log of device used by user to login to okta. Particularly the device information of laptop/computer/mobile device such as name, or id.

You should be able to find that data in the System Logs. Filter down by date, search by actor.id and download to CSV. There are columns for client.device, client.user_agent.os and client.user_agent.browser

    Thanks John.

I tried this but the device information is not available. It only states 'computer. see below.

Have you enabled the Device Trust policy & have identified the Trusted devices ? Okta will log the device trust information if it is enabled. Please check if device trust is enabled.

We have a device trust but our team finding it difficult to setup. along with windows AD authentication. We followed the documentation but the web agent seems to have issues connecting. Any help for installation/configuration on device trust will be much appreciated.
