GiridharanD.41770 (Customer) asked a question.
We are trying to import users for SAML enabled application, using the template CSV we used user name as okta username (email) also we tried using the application user name (email Prefix) but OKTA is not mapping the CSV user to OKTA user on the import tab, the users are marked as no OKTA matching user found.

Thanks for your reply, I exported the default CSV and made sure the user name is set as the same in application username format (email prefix), on import still its not getting mapped to the okta profile. Am i missing something?

I've encountered this behavior as well. Sometimes I have a new app to which I want to assign a large number of existing Okta users without putting them in a group and then assigning the group. Importing a CSV containing those users does not work smoothly at all, since I usually end up having to either match and/or confirm every incoming user with their existing Okta account. Unless I'm missing a crucial piece of information, this probably needs to be added to the Ideas section.
