The UI suddenly changed overnight, and the new graphical elements are HUMONGOUSLY HUGE!
The screen has become so crowded, I would love to revert the change.
Is that possible at all?

I don't think so, the respective app stores always have the latest version.
I don't see any other support issues incoming from the field mentioning this.
When did it start?
How is the screen crowded? My Okta Verify still looks very usable.
What kind of device are you using (iOS or Android)?
Do others around you have the same problem?
Have you tried removing and reinstalling Okta Verify?
Your Okta Admins might need to raise a support case to investigate what's going on because I'm not sure it's widespread.
