Hi,
Is there Okta documentation defining the list and email templates and its definition, meaning when that specific template is sent to the user ?
Specifically, I want to know when is the "Email Verification" email sent to the user ? Is it when the user updates is email address on Okta profile ?

We don't have the definitions for all the emails, but we can provide you with the information.
For Email Verification, this one is when you set email as a Factor Method for MFA. This will be sent any time email is used for MFA to the end user.
