Multiple clients (each of whom have multiple users) who must be segragated, so we are doing that by assigning each to their own group. Some of them say they only want their users to access our app (using okta as SSO) from their corporate network. Is this possible?

Did you look into a sign-on policy in the app? You should be able to restrict by groups and IP Zones (you'll need to create the zones). I would test thoroughly as it may require multiple sign-on rules..
