Can I use hooks to prevent app assignment?
I'm curious about a scenario where I would like to prevent assignment to an application in Okta if there are no licenses available in the external application. The problem is that the external app supports JIT provisioning so even if too many people get assigned in Okta the license limit would be breached.
I was thinking that maybe this could be achieved by making an API call to check if there are licenses available and only if that is the case allow assigning the Okta application.
