A user is able to view the password to an Application by clicking "show," but that Application does not have the permission for users to see the password. The Password Reveal option is not checked. This application is set for Users to share a single username and password set by administrator. Any suggestions how to troubleshoot?

Only Admins will be able to see/reveal passwords of apps even when the "Password Reveal" option is disabled and is set as for "Users to share a single username and password set by administrator". When an admin clicks on "Reveal Password", okta asks for creds to reveal the password. Make sure the user in question is not an admin user in your org.
Thanks Daniel! The issue is that the user is not an Admin, but can still see the password.

Is the user seeing the password within Okta, or is it a saved password in the browser by chance? If you could show us a screenshot (with the password obfuscated) that would help out.
