When I select the app to convert individual users to group app assignment, process does not display all the individual users?

I'm trying to convert individual box app assignments to box group, however the process does not find the individual assignments even though they are listed?

Have you tried using Group Rules to automatically assign the application?

Miriam is referring to being able to change an individual assignment, for example when you import users from AD, and the assignments in the AD Integration remain of type individual even if you add that user to a Group that has been assigned . When you edit the user, there is no setting to change the user to Group. I believe this is because AD is a profile source for the user.
