how do you receive okta notifications on your mobile device?
is it normal, that it does not make any sound?
is it normal, that there is no vibration?
is it normal, that the nofications tray is collapsed and i have to unlock the screen, then expand the tray?

You'll want to check the notification settings on your mobile device, as this is where the sound and vibration alerts are managed. Okta Verify should vibrate and make a sound if they're configured in your phone settings to be allowed to.
