Hi, I have changed my phone and now when trying to connect to some applications from my company profile, I get asked to send Okta Verify push. Unfortunately, I am no longer getting the pushes as I am no longer using my old phone I initially registered with. How can I fix thi issue?

You will need to ask a SuperAdmin in your organization to reset the MFA for your account. This will allow you to re-enroll the new phone with Okta Verify MFA the next time you log into the Okta tenant.
If, for any reason, this fails to fix the problem, please make sure to open a ticket with Okta Support so we can further investigate the issue.
