  • All good I figured it out.

    I figured out that if we go to the provisioning tab in the Okta tile and the go to “integration” and then test the API creds and save it forces the new profile to show up. We have NO IDEA why, but it works. I saw this in an article on something similar. 

     

    Support said this is normal: It is an effect of the reauthentication process for the API Credentials (or even testing) because when that happens, everything is refreshed on the back-end and additional information is pushed back to Okta.

    hopefully this helps anyone going through the same.
