We recently configured federated services for Office 365 application in Okta. Since doing so our developers are unable to make a connection to SharePoint On It. They received the following error message from local machine and the azure website:

Error: "The partner returned a bad sign-in name or password error. For more information, see Federation Error-handling Scenarios."

We have verified that the correct credentials are being used and the password is correct.

Support was not able to help us with this issue because they said they have never seen this issue before. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
