User and Group Imports from Google are failing

Hi,

So we were attempting to import our Google Users and Groups into Okta via the Okta's external application interface.

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM1Y000001Kq9w

After clicking in the import button to pull in our new Google Users, Groups, and Memberships we ran into the following error message:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM1Y000001KqA1

Based off of the Okta System Log it looks like Okta is at least seeing some of our users and their new memberships:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM1Y000001KqAQ

However the new membership doesn't appear to be reflected in the external app group view?

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM1Y000001KqAV

For comparison, this is what the corresponding Google Group looks like in our Google Admin Console:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM1Y000001KqAp

Would anyone have any suggestions as to why we are seeing this, and how we could potentially trouble shoot it?

Hi Hubert,
Not sure what those error codes, are but if you have confirmed the API integration auth isn't failing on the provisioning tab, the quickest path would be to open a ticket with Okta support through the Help and support link in your Admin UI

Thanks for the suggestion, I've opened up an email exchange with support@okta.com. If that doesn't pan out, I'll open a ticket with Okta Support through the Help and Support Link you referenced.
