Any reason why some API requests are taking so long that they timeout? We're way below the API rate limits, but I still see a small percentage of API calls that seem to timeout.
Any help is appreciated.

I advise you open a ticket to support with more details around this, what specific calls are failing, is it consistent, does it work on different machines?
We'll need to grab failed requests log and further investigate this.
Based on the above alone there are a lot of variables that can cause it to timeout.
