Unable to access my preview environment with admin credentials

I am trying to complete one of the course assigned to me for that I need to have a preview environment. That can be created though one of the application (UDP in oktaprise.okta.com). After creating the preview environment I am unable to access it in a separate browser with credentials entered in that(UDP) application.

 

Even to reset the password I have only one option i.e., again the same application(UDP).

 

Here, I am clueless...How to resolve this?

    Thank you for the response.

     

    FYI - I registered as partner only, I have access to partner.okta.com and oktaprise also. I am not sure what's the wrong here.

     

    If I create a new tenant(developer), I am unable to get the workflows option enable.
