Docusign Integration SAML 2.0
We followed the okta and docusign documentation performing all the steps, we had support from DocuSign support as well. They looked at the settings and they are ok, the problem is that Okta creates the automatic user directly in DocuSign, however it does not synchronize with the Okta password. In this, the user is unable to log in and existing users continue with the old Docusign password. We need a call to help with this okta problem.
I'll make some assumptions here:
* You're using Okta for SSO with Docusign
* You're using provisioning to push users from Okta into Docusign
We have the exact setup above and we have no issues with provisioning or login, either SP initiated or IdP initiated. Can you post some screenshots or errors?
When the Docusign application is assigned to okta and the user clicks, it really creates automatic in Docusign and sends an email to the user to activate their account. However, when the user tries to log in with the okta password in the wrong password docusign, this is the error. The password does not synchronize.
