I have been tasked with the personalization of the Yubikeys. In Okta, I can select the seed file, but the upload button is greyed out. When I do the same file in the preview tenant it's fine. I have a different admin role in preview than production. What is the minimum role required to upload that seed file?

Hi Brian,
In order to have access and manage the Multifactor settings, you need to have Super Administrator Role or Organization Administrator Role.
If you see the Multifactor tab and you have access to the yubikey configuration, you should be able to upload the seed file.
Even if the that "upload" field appears to be grayed out, you should still be able to click on it and upload your seed file.
If you are not able to do so, and if the "Browse" button is grayed out, please open a ticket to Okta support in order to further investigate this.
