After an initial seed file list is uploaded to Okta for Yubikeys do future yubikeys need to be added to a master list and have the entire list submitted, or can Yubikey seed files be uploaded individually as they are programmed?

You will need to log into the Okta admin portal and upload the entire CSV file.
Log in to Okta account. Via the Admin portal, navigate to “Security” > “Multifactor” > “YubiKey” > (“Enable” if needed) > “Browse” > Upload CSV file.
If the YubiKey is present in the YubiKey report, and the status is unassigned, the end user has potentially reprogrammed their YubiKey and overwritten the secrets associated with the YubiKey. This requires the admin to follow the instructions found in the Programming YubiKeys for Okta file, which can be found in Configuring YubiKey Tokens, and upload again into the Okta platform.
If the YubiKey is not present in YubiKey report, then the YubiKey secrets value has not been properly uploaded and must be uploaded again into the Okta platform.

When uploading a Seed file (CSV) with one Yubikey listed, the new Yubikey will be appended to the existing list.
