EliM.22539 (Customer) asked a question.

How to make MFA optional - AKA only "prompt it" for user who enabled it

Hello,

i want to give users the option to enable MFA - done that

now the issue is in the LOGIN process , i see either "prompt or not" , i am not seeing the option to prompt it only for user who enabled it.

please assist

thanks

  • It's not an Option. Either rule says Prompt MFA or Not. but you can have user to Signup MFA if not already done while login. and once they successfully signup then they can login with MFA.

Thank you Vipul , so you are confirming that there is no way of making the MFA really "optional" its either all use MFA or none becuase of the prompt being either on or off at login ?
