We are in the middle of testing Okta MFA before rolling out to the wider business, and some of our testers have reported running into errors when trying to sign in to outlook on their Android device.
They all report that while outlook worked for a few days after first enabling Okta MFA, they would suddenly stop receiving email notifications, and when they opened outlook it would challenge for MFA and then break with the error "Cookies are disabled". We've checked the users devices and cookies are not disabled, with the user able to successfully login to outlook web from their browser on the same device.
Any suggestions for what we can do to find out whats actually going wrong?
Incidentally, if we switch the user to use Azure MFA instead of Okta, everything works without error.

UGH!!! I had this and took 2 montsh to get the rite tech. You have to ask engineering to enable some option on the back end.... Comment back if i need to find the ticket but once i specficall asked they did it within an hour.... was pissed it took months... Mo well good luck!
Thanks Phil. Looks like it was the same issue, and your post pointed them in the right direction so was enabled pretty quickly.
