Not getting prompted for Okta Login on Outlook

My mails have not downloaded since yesterday afternoon and when re-starting my computer I am not getting prompted to login. I'm getting the login for everything else but not Outlook. Please help.

The issue isn't with Okta, The first time you sign into an MS Office app, it either caches your credentials or sets a cookie or uses some other method that allows you to repeatedly get into your Office apps without authenticating every time. Changing your password or failures in the periodic license verification tests can cause your apps to stop working fully until you somehow force one of the apps to re-authenticate.

This behavior is sometimes caused by activation problems. I recommend going to the File menu, select Office Account, then select Sign Out (under User Information), then sign in again. Actually, if you have the Office suite, close Outlook and open Word or Excel and perform the sign out/sign in procedure from one of those. If you get signed in successfully, then open Outlook again.

I've also seen this behavior occur when a user's Outlook profile is damaged, and the quickest way to fix it is to delete the existing profile and create a new one. Control Panel -> Mail (32-bit), delete your profile. Then open Outlook again, and it should prompt you to create a new profile.
