Hello, I'm having the same scenario. My tentative solution is to regularly send a friendly reminder via internal IM platform, but I would like to also know if there is a more effective approach to this.

  • If the user doesn't click on the expiration link within the given number of days, the link expires and the user will have to contact tge org's Okta admin. Okta admins can help generate another temporary password or trigger sending a password reset email notification.

I have done that already, I was hoping there was another way to send another link to register without having them change their password.

Sending another link doesn't reset their password.

Too bad there isn't a 14 day option.

How do you resent the activation without having to deactivate or reset the users password?
