I switched to new mobile. not able to Login into OKTA Verify app asking for QR-Code to login. I am not able to get the QR-Code because of existing user. I am not able to login into portal affecting my production. can you please help me out

You would need to reach out to an Okta admin within your org and have them reset your MFA. This should allow you to re-register MFA at next login. If you are the only admin in the org, then you could try reaching out to Okta support to have them reset MFA on your account.
