You need to add to add the smart card as an identity provider. See the last section on this page: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/Identity_Providers.htm
Thanks for your fast reply. Actually I tried to follow the document(Steps provided in document) but I'm unable to find any option called "Add Smart Card".
Due I need to download any plugin or 3rd party s/w
See the first line on that page: this is an Early Access feature, which means it's not on my default, and you'll need to contact Okta support to have it turned on. Also, I think you'll need to be using a paid version of Okta, not the free version.
