If TFS can authenticate via Kerberos then the Okta Access Gateway is made to do that sort of thing.

I checked our TFS. It turns out running Kerberos authentication indeed. Could you give me more directions please?

Note that OAG is an extra platform component you'll need to purchase, though. You should speak to your Okta account exec or sales engineer to discuss if this indeed the right solution for your use cases and how you'd get it if it is.
