Hello - I am trying to setup an on-prem artifactory server. But it seems the OKTA only supports hosted artifactory installations. The official okta application asks for the company name and will automatically generate the url by adding jfrog.io etc.
Are on-prem artiifactory server supported?

Yes it is supported. you would need the OKTA Access Gateway (OAG) for that. It comes with an additional license cost. This is mainly for your On-Premise applications support. Check with OKTA support on this.
Secondly, as Artifactory supports SAML SSO, instead of adding the app via OKTA OIN, try to add it via Add Custom Application & then select SAML application. you will need to manually enter the metadata of Artifactory (which points to On-premise servers).
