Import CSV - Change a String Array user field

Hi,

Unable to find any documentation on this, but we have a project that will include changing a user's field that happens to be a String Array (we use this for primary and alias email addresses that pushes to O365).

I can see when I try to do a CSV import I get an error stating 'array: type is not supported for bulk upload;'.

Has anyone else been in this situation / what is the recommendations for changing string array fields in bulk?

Thanks,

Tom

Thank you for reaching out to Okta support Tom!

Array type is not supported during bulk import.

However, if you have a specific use case that is based on your environment, we recommend that you create a support case with us to further troubleshoot.
