    "If you are an ADMIN then try using Okta API to list enrolled factor for your UserID and Delete unwanted factor. For more information refer - https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/factors/

     

    If you are an END USER then login to user dashboard - Click on your name -> Settings -> Extra Verification. Delete unwanted factor "Okta Verify" and register a new device."

     

    If that last option isn't there, you'll need to contact your own Okta admin/IT Help Desk about resetting your factor.

  • An Admin can reset MFA for a user account.

    Once the Admin resets MFA, on the next login you will be prompted to enroll for MFA again.
