With Idp routing rules, we can direct users to the relevant Idp to access the integrated applications.
I find custom Idp Factor enrollment to be same as above. Please let me know in what ways they are both different.

My Org don't have this feature enabled but based on the doc i see no JIT settings where as in saml/oidc idp's (i have configured multiple) we can configure JIT settings
