We added a new version, MS365 E5 into our enviroment.
And it has been existed already another verstion, Offie365 E3 there.
In brief, there are 2 versions Office365 in our enviroment.
We think that it has been shown up automaticaly MS365 E5 in the "Edit User Assigment" window, then we can assign E3 or E5 to user, however MS365 E5 has not been displayed.
How to show up the 2 version office365 in the "Edit User Assigment" ?

This is Liviu with Okta T2 Support. I have checked and it seems that you already have a ticket open with us (00888111) and there is an engineer thats working on the ticket. I can also see he sent a couple of emails on the ticket. I would recommend continuing working on it.

Under the applications tab in Okta, there should be a more drop down list with a value of 'Refresh Application Data'. i had the same questions in the past and was directed to this method via Okta support.
