Exception saying "Expected message to contain InResponseTo"

We are using Okta (via Kentor) to let our customers access the server we develop.
in the logs I see this exception, when /Acs is called:
Kentor.AuthServices.Exceptions.Saml2ResponseFailedValidationException: Expected message to contain InResponseTo "ided37bd21191545918653e5b8826d3a12", but found none.
in the github bug page they say that something is not configured well in Okta:

can someone tell me what field is not configured well in Okta?

This is Andrei from the Okta Customer Support team. To investigate and troubleshoot this issue we would need you to provide a SAML trace file that would indicate where the SAML assertion is failing. I encourage you to open a ticket with our Support team and provide the required log and we could further help you from there.
