OKTA New Account Charges
We are planning to host an mid size application Consist of 1 Website, 6 Apps(Android\IOS) where all points to same Web API, Database internally. We have below questions.
- Over all unique 1000 user id which can be used by 1 website and 6 apps any time, MAU is 1000 or 7000?
- User need social login facility enabled, is this free or cost seperately? how much per user per month.
- If we need to enable SMS for 2nd level authentication, how much it cost for 1000 users per month? if only 100 users log in for a month, still we get charged for 1000 users?
- The Auth token passed to WebAPI can be validated from WebAPI to Okta and then respond back to app?
- can we retrieve the Scope of the user from WebApi using token? or it would be returned only when user do login?
- can we update Scope for the user via API or we need to login to OKTA dashboard manually?
- New user Creation can be controlled by Admin only? also any API available to create new user\ disable user? or totally lock down bunch of users?
- Above all is free when we use Developer account for lifetime?
