The latest OKTA plugin for Internet Explorer 11 has been installed (5.38.1). After install still being prompted to update the Browser plugin.

OKTA support recommended I configure "IT manages Okta Plugin" to "YES"

The 5.38.1 Okta plugin installer installs the below, note the File version.
I have asked Okta support to update the installer.
Thanks for the reply. I have downloaded a new installer this morning and the version number of the exe has changed. Correct versions of the dll have been installed and the update notice is not appearing any more.
We have the same issue at our company. The Okta support recommendation doesn't make much sense unless you truly have locked down computers that can't install plugins.

I confirm the Plugin from the Admin portal is OK but not from the user portal:

The admin and user plugin download is OK now. Both DLLs in the path below have 6/10/2020 11:54 AM date modified 🙂

I modified my tenant's settings to reflect IT managing the Plugin:

This worked but the initial installer Okta released wasn't updated properly and their, now, new installer, resolved the issue.
