    First, I would recommend verifying that your setup matches all the prerequisites for Active Directory integrations that we have laid out here - https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/ad-agent-prerequisites.htm

     

    In addition, do you have a proxy setup on your network and if so was the agent configured with that proxy? Make sure that configuration is correct.

     

    I would also recommend performing any necessary Windows updates on the machine where you installed the AD Agent if you haven't yet. That has resolved this issue in the past.

     

    If you're still running into issues here, I would recommend opening a case with the support team via the support portal.
