A user is getting Failure:authentication failed bad username or password when he has been able to use SSO to log in after the password change. Any ideas? Image has been depicted below.

    Hi Andy,

This error is coming from Active directory, and is relayed to Okta through the Okta AD agent. It could be any number of things, but only the local AD agent logs would have the accompanying code to identify the specific reason for that log entry on our end. Okta AD Agent logs is helpful too. Here is the document you can refer for how to retrieve Okta AD Agent Logs: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-to-Retrieve-Okta-Logs-for-Troubleshooting.

I also recommend you to open a support ticket so that an engineer can have a look at the corresponding logs.Thank you!
