1veba (1veba) asked a question.

Login page password reveal icon

I use LastPass for my password manager, and on the Okta login page, the Password Reveal icon overlay causes me not to be able to click on the LastPass icon. Is Okta aware of this, and is there a way for me to disabled the password reveal?

Do you mean the password field and page to sign in to Okta, or the password reveal feature for individual apps on your Okta dashboard after you've logged in to Okta? Isn't that password reveal icon for your browser?

I mean this field, notice the icon?

I'm pretty sure that eye icon is the Chrome browser password reveal feature, and not anything to do with Okta. I can get the same on mine if I turn on save password in Chrome and have LastPass on for the site, though for me the overlay order is reversed: I can easily click the LastPass icon, but need to click the edge of the reveal password Chrome eye to get it (perhaps it has to do with the order of install).

If you remove the saved password for your Okta site from your Chrome browser that eye should go and you should be able to click the LastPass icon, I believe.

That's the odd part, because I don't save passwords in Chrome, and that particular feature is disabled on my computer. Now in comparison to other sites with a password field, the icon doesn't exist:

As far as I know, Google Chrome doesn't have a reveal password feature unless you install a Chrome Extension?

Yeah, Chrome can do that on its own now without extensions. See that link in my last reply on how to double-check whether it might somehow be on only for that site.
