A couple of user recently experienced an issue getting the Error "Unable to sign in" from their iphone browser and Okta mobile app. When they tap the sign in button, it will not give the option for 2FA to push/call/sms. It will just give them the said error.
They do not have any issue logging into Okta from their laptops and other device though.
We have tried different browsers in their phones, Okta mobile application, different wireless network and LTE/Cellular.

nvm, I had to reset the user password in AD and everything worked on the affected users phone.
