We have a user that is already been assigned to an application but it does not appear in his Okta application list nor in the web version of Okta. We have sent him the direct link to the application where he was able to interact and access, this shows that he was successfully assigned and given the correct permission. Although he can't see the application in either browsers and we have already tried clearing the internet cache but that did not help. Any ideas?

Generally application is not visible due to below issue -
