Marques Stewart (Achievement First) asked a question.
The instructions that come with the Okta-Printerlogic setup are currently incomplete. They will allow you to setup the user portal for Okta, but it won't have the necessary instructions for also setting up access to the admin portal
The Printerlogic provided instructions for completing the entire Okta-PrinterLogic process can be found here: http://docs.printercloud.com/content/admin_console/id_provider/set_up_okta_as_printerlogic_idp.htm
Following these instructions will allow you to fully setup the Okta-PrinterLogic connection for admins and end users.

Hi @Marques Stewart (Achievement First) ,
I have compared the document provided by Printercloud and Okta, and the only steps missing from the Okta documentation are delegating permissions on the SP side and adding a user in a group which I suppose it going to assign the application via group level. We present in our documentation the SSO setup instructions and also how to set up provisioning, ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_sCZ4XgJuQiPTbPfJoVhHblOnIfniQC9Fi_YLu54nF4/edit ) but delegating rights on the SP side is not something that we can manage.
For additional details please submit a ticket to the support team to dig deeper into this.
Thank you,

Hi @andreea.pomirleanu1.5000675367180908E12 (Okta, Inc.) ,
Thanks for your response - and while the steps that are missing may not seem like a big deal, they are very important in order for IT to continue administering the platform after disconnecting LDAP or local authentication. In my particular case, I confirmed that I was able to log into the end user portion of PrinterLogic with the Okta provided instructions but it wasn't until the next day that my colleague informed me that they couldn't log into the admin portion. I thought I was missing a step until I engaged with PrinterLogic and they provided the full set of instructions.
And while delegating rights on the SP side is not something that Okta can manage, it is something that should be mentioned in the instructions (or at least link to the PrinterLogic Okta setup article) so that the platform can be FULLY setup instead of having the end user think they are not following the instructions correctly.
