I recently read through the release notes for version 2020.04.0 and saw it listed email as a factor for MFA. I was going through the Multifactor setting in our admin console and didn't see it listed there to try. We currently use Okta Verify but would like to test the email as a factor for MFA. The Okta verify app works well but over time people get new devices or never install it. When they need to access the admin page they end calling me or another super admin. Thanks in advance for any info!
