I just enabled custom domain in my account, but it looks like okta is still sending *.okta.com certs, how long does it take for okta to start serving the custom certs I have provided during the setup process.

If you've completed the configuration are you sure you're going to your custom domain URL and not your <tenant>.okta.com address? It should serve the new certificate from your custom URL once the process is completed otherwise you'd get a security error.
Yes I am going through okta.mydomain.com, it serve me the wrong cert. Its serving the okta wildcard cert instead the one I provided. Weird
Strange, can't say I've ever had that happen when I've configured a custom domain, you may want to open a case.
We are having the same issue. Was this ever resolved?
Yes, it was resolved for me. It looks like the SSL certs needs some time to propagate. No action was needed on my side
